EPPC Efforts in Latin & South America

EPPC Global Management is not project-focused but people-focused. We engage heavily in connecting leaders to other people, ideas and resources. Then we work shoulder-to-shoulder with them, consulting with them to identify plans of action and coaching them to work wisely, collaboratively, and faithfully for God’s will to be advanced on earth. Out of this pursuit emerges a process of restoration toward God’s intended purpose — a rebuilding of people, communities, and entire nations.  Our Latin American and South American strategy for transformation comes through working to:

  • COACH. Encourage, train and mentor leaders in God-honoring wholistic transformational partnership.
  • CONSULT. Advise leaders in the design and execution of effective and biblical structures and strategies that demonstrate God's love for the whole of life.
  • CONNECT. People to people, people to ideas, people to prayer, tools and resources for transformational work.

Our conviction is that leaders are God’s gifts and assets for a given community to mobilize, inspire and lead the people to obey everything that God has commanded.  Thus, local initiatives must be built upon the spheres of influence of the local leaders called and gifted by God and upon the assets of the community.
