EPPC Leadership
Leadership of EPPC Management is in the capable hands of executive leadership, management and strategic staff. They are guided and directed by a Board of Directors. Together, as a synergistic team, EPPC is compelled by it's mission to help Faith and Community Based organizations build their capacity to serve those in need by influencing decision makers, sharing best practices, accessing new resources, and mobilizing volunteers for services.
Leadership is the core skill that all public and private organizations need in order to face our times of uncertainty and complexity. EPPC's mission is to help client organizations in identifying emerging leaders and expose them to situations that allow them to grow and manifest their leadership talents. With Warren Bennis, we agree that leadership cannot be taught, it has to be learned.
