Data-Driven Decision Making  

EPPC will work with Faith and Community Based Organizations to provide needed data and leadership to support high standards, continually improve achievement, and facilitate opportunities for these organizations to be successful.  EPPC will help instill a seamless system of data collection to help reach desired outcomes.  Non-profit leaders must concern themselves with the capability of receiving timely, efficient, and consistent responses to inquiries into their effectiveness.

EPPC will help organizations develop a pipeline of solid information for stakeholders, policymakers and lawmakers.  The metaphor of a pipeline is a good way of conceptualizing a seamless system. Just as a pipeline is a delivery system comprised of several components, data management in a seamless system is comprised of many of the same components. There are intake and output points all along the continuum. Information may need to be collected more than once-at various stages of the pipeline. By joining all delivery segments into a single system, EPPC is pioneering a powerful and unique approach to data management among faith and community based organizations. We can conduct or train your organization to:  

• conduct and review research on emerging issues;
• provide information on issues;
• provide analysis on progress; and
• conduct evaluation of issues 

Development of a seamless system, and articulation provides more than just information, it allows organization to get needed technical assistance focused on improvement.  It is imperative that provided services also be free of bias, stereotyping, and discrimination.  These efforts can provide the Faith and Community Based Organizations with information necessary to improve performance.
