Our Purpose&Mission

(Purpose)
Compassion is not just something that we do, it is an expression of the creative design that is placed in each individual and church.  When we uncover the special niche that our gifts can fill in the community, we discover something of our life purpose. Churches and individuals that pursue compassionate proactively and on purpose achieve significant impact. We support those who purpose to serve.

(Mission)
Compassionate service does not conflict with the mission of the church—it extends the mission by expressing the character of Kindness that is the character of the creator. It is Kindness that leads to repentance. When we engage in thoughtful and quality compassion we build credibility with a skeptical generation and further are broader mission as we grow meaningful relationships with both the individuals and institutions that surround us.

The trainers and leaders that serve in Compassion by Design, are not just theorists—they are practitioners and experts in their area of service.  They will provide practical and high impact instruction and leadership.  They don’t just talk about it—they do it.
